It's day 4 of my journey, and I am doing well.
Managed to do 20 minutes of stationary bike 2 days in a row (a feat in itself for me!).
I woke up about 30 minutes ago feeling well overall, but the ankles are really stiff. This concerns me some, but it's too soon to tell anything. The decrease in sugar intake takes some time to show it's positive effects. 2 good days is not enough to see a real co-relation of sugar intake and stiffness in joints.
Onwards and upwards we go !
